The 55-year-old Massimo Bottura is an Italian chef who has been distinguished for his gastronomic talent from the global community by pulling out not just one but three Michelin stars.

Osteria Francescana, which is the property and personal creation of the chef in Modena, was catalogued 2nd in the 2017 list of 50 best restaurants in the world and not unfairly since Bottura stands out for its special cooking.

Developing this virtuosity early, taking influences from his mother and grandmother, attempts to give a new identity to traditional Italian cuisine with French techniques rewriting the rules of tastes and recipes.
