Amazing places that taught me music, i met and made friends and i consider myself lucky to have experienced these. Lately with Covid it’s been very difficult and we’ve missed trips. With the surgery i had on my shoulder, which had been bothering me for a long time due to an accident, i had a psychological fall.

But an old friend of mine, Fofó from Brazil, came to see me and told me something extraordinary with love: “Don’t give up optimism and joy for life”, and he told me by putting on a fantastic song that describes exactly that: “Não deixe o samba morrer” (“don’t let samba die inside you”).
