Brioni’s reputation as an industry leader was cemented in 1952 when it hosted the first-ever men’s fashion show. Brioni became the reference for Roman tailoring after presenting the innovative silhouettes at the opulent Sala Bianca of Palazzo Pitti in Florence, eclipsing the conventional English style that had previously dominated the industry and establishing an effortless ideal of elegance that would become recognized worldwide.
