The appearance of a person wearing flip flops (!) and Bermuda shorts during the reception of the Presidency of the Republic went viral, proving in this aesthetically kitsch way that everything is about, about, and in general in this country. Because when the basic rules of decency are not respected and even by those who are supposed to be at the top, then what can you expect.
