As the new year approaches, with optimism and positive thoughts, let’s take a look back at 2023. What did we gain – what did we lose? What changed – what didn’t change? Who came – who left? What do we keep – what do we leave behind?

It is important to always navigate with the light of our own lighthouse as a compass. No matter how many detours we need to take in our lives, our lighthouse will always be there to remind us which direction to go.

Remember to keep a gratitude journal every day. This will enhance the love and joy you will feel and share generously with yourself and others.

Stop and stare at the flashing lights around you. The flames emerging from a fireplace. Feel their warmth and share it in turn with the people you have or would like to have near you. Don’t wait for the right moment. Turn any time into a convenient one.

Even if circumstances do not allow you to be close to your loved ones, remember that you chose the best possible. Enjoy your choice. Give yourself space for the magic of Christmas to seep into you and give you a little of itself.

It’s a magical time. It will reward you in whatever you do as long as you allow yourself to feel freedom. Allow yourself to laugh. To play. To enjoy. Enjoy the Holidays spiritually and creatively!
