The launch of the first Aquazzura Bar marks the house’s foray into the hospitality sector, melding Aquazzura’s distinctive aesthetic with the old-world elegance of the Hotel de Russie. Imagine a secret garden nestled within a secret garden, where the essence of La Dolce Vita permeates the historic Hotel de Russie’s hidden courtyard. Here, an enchanting oasis flourishes elegantly, discreetly secluded from the bustle of the Eternal City, where one can unwind, wrapped in refined beauty.

The bar concept is inspired by Aquazzura Casa Secret Garden tableware collection, perfectly complementing the magical Valadier Garden. Guests can relax under custom awnings patterned with Aquazzura’s iconic black and white stripes alternated by the whimsical Secret Garden motif. The bar is further enhanced by bespoke Portuguese tiles, hand-painted with delicate lemon motifs that pay homage to Italy’s vibrant citrus groves. Conceived by design studio Casa do Passadiço, the area is filled with elegant metal outdoor furniture framed by green trelliswork and lemon trees in striped planters.

Every detail, from the bespoke cocktail presentation to the curated table setting, enhances the magical atmosphere of this hidden Roman gem, creating the perfect cocktail of beauty, style, and hospitality.
