There is no doubt that electric bicycles are becoming increasingly popular, with a large proportion of people preferring them as an everyday means of transport in urban landscapes. However, there are differences between them in appearance, performance and style. In this case, through Himalaya 4×4 and Vintage Electric Bikes, a cutting-edge collaboration has been created, giving birth to the adventurous Himalaya 4×4 Special Edition Vintage Electric Bike, a limited edition range of powerful, throttle-powered electric bikes inspired by Land Rover Jeeps. Drawing inspiration from Himalaya’s custom Land Rover restorations, the new electric bikes are now available to order as an accessory for each Land Rover restoration along with matching paint and other accents to sync with each Himalaya 4×4 design. The bike is powered by a powerful 72-volt electric unit from the company’s new Performance Line. Specifically built for demanding riders, each custom Vintage Electric bike is ideally tailored to “swallow up” hills and mountain roads with three times the torque of previous models and a 4,000-watt drivetrain and a highly impressive top speed of up to 40 mph.
