Cabin Majamaja

The Helsinki archipelago has about 330 islands, which consist of both rocky coastal areas and sandy beaches.

Here, on a rock, just 10 minutes by boat from the center of Helsinki, a truly unique hospitality experience is provided, created by Finnish architect Pekka Littow.

Although minimalist & simple, Majamaja is carefully designed to meet all the basic needs of guests.

While we’re sure most of the time will be spent on the outdoor patio with its unobstructed sea view, there are other things to see and do around the Laajasalo Islands. Local food and drink kits are available to book in advance, and there’s even a sauna for those who want to experience authentic Finnish life in the archipelago.
