Café de Paris Monte-Carlo has reopened after a major renovation, including an interior redesign by David Collins Studio.

The new space, after renovation by architects Alexandre Giraldi and Alain-Charles Perrot, has three levels, two dedicated to the Café de Paris and its brasserie-style bar, and a rooftop space where resides the Amazónico Monte-Carlo – a concept restaurant that will open this spring, on April 4, 2024.

Café de Paris is an all-day meeting point. Soak up the sun outdoors with a morning coffee, stop by for lunch, or enjoy a signature cocktail like the Café de Paris Martini, made with tonka bean vodka, Amaro Averna, espresso, cane syrup, and bitter mole chocolate.
