Totem Automobili revealed the GTAmodificata at the 2024 Geneva Auto Show, an updated version of Totem’s GT Super. Italtecnica Engineering built the GTAmodificata’s 3.2-liter twin-turbo V6, producing 810 horsepower and 538 lb-ft of torque.

Dymag builds the custom two-piece rims that look like classic Alfa rims, with Pirelli Trofeo R tires. The GTAmodificata is limited to five units worldwide.
