Spring is arriving across Europe bringing with it warmer days, longer nights and of course Milan Design Week, which will take place in the Italian city from 17-23 April. The world’s most popular annual design fair returns to Fiera Milano for the 61st time, with the event featuring the Salone del Mobile programme, as well as a series of side events taking place during the week, collectively known as fuorisalone. The fair welcomes more than 370,000 visitors and showcases a variety of furniture brands such as Vitra, Cassina, Poltrona Frau and Molteni&C, lighting and outdoor and interior products. This year’s Milan Design Week offers a new experience with a renewed layout inspired by Euroluce, the international lighting fair that, between technology and poetry, architecture and design, is a source of inspiration par excellence. The aim is to create an impressive programme that will bring together the exhibitors of the 1st Milan Design Week in 1962, focus on sustainability and offer visitors a unique experience.
