A rare Ferrari 246 Dino GTS is now for sale. The 1973 model left the factory in Nero over Beige Scuro Connolly leather.
The “chairs & flares” moniker comes from the widened steel fender flares, Daytona-style leather seats, and Borletti air conditioning, making it one of 99 examples produced. The car is a lifelong US resident, being delivered new to a dealer in Reno, Nevada, and sold to a California owner. A move to New Jersey under new ownership in the ’00s led to a full restoration by Classic Showcase in Oceanside, California in 2013, where the interior was updated with dark red leather seats with black inserts. Another refresh in 2020 had incorrect parts replaced with factory-correct ones. This Dino is currently offered for sale by Schaltkulisse.
