Wood.b was born out of a shared passion for bicycles and the everyday use of this means of transport by designers Thierry Boltz and Claude Saos who are the heart of French BSG Bikes. Made entirely of wood and steel, the duo used high quality materials to create a unique bike in design but easy to use. All the necessary construction elements are made from recyclable materials. Part of the frame is made with plywood, forming the architectural structure, to which high quality Columbus brand steel (brackets and fork) compatible with standard bicycle components is then added. Crmo steel is known for its ability to soften the hardness of the road or any terrain. Wood.b is currently being designed in four different versions, however the principle of bike construction remains the same across all four. The bicycle is custom made to guarantee a high quality product and also to meet every customer request in terms of colors and accessories. So it may look like a work of art, but it is intended to fully function as an urban, timeless bicycle.
